About Lunar Fitness

I am Coach Leo, Owner/Operator of Lunar Fitness. I am an exercise professional with two degrees in the field and I used to be certified through the American College of Sports Medicine, which means I must know what I'm doing half the time :)

1. How often should I work with a personal trainer?
This depends on your schedule, goals, and budget. Many Lunar Fitness clients see strong results training 2–3 times per week, but even once-a-week sessions can be effective when combined with at-home workouts and clear guidance.


2. Do I need to be in good shape before I start with a personal trainer?
No. Lunar Fitness works with clients at all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced lifters. You’ll start from your current level, and we’ll progress at a pace that’s challenging but safe.


3. What should I eat before a workout?
A light meal or snack that combines protein and carbohydrates usually works best—for example, yogurt with fruit, a small sandwich, or a banana with peanut butter. Be sure to drink water before, during, and after your session.

4. What type of payment do you accept?
Lunar Fitness accepts cash, check, and credit cards for training packages and sessions.


5. Can I cancel my training session?
Yes. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the time slot can be offered to another client and your package can stay on track.
